Step 1:
The employee attends the company’s Health & Lifestyle Expo (Completely organized by Health Dimensions in-house staff) where they will have the opportunity to be educated on various health and wellness topics, receiving instant results and educational handouts on three biometric screenings.* (Cholesterol, Blood Glucose (for Diabetes), and Blood Pressure)
Step 2:
Health Dimensions will have already developed a secure (HIPPA compliant) portal on our website where the employee will log in and complete all but the biometric screening (Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, and Blood Pressure) portion of their Health Risk Appraisal (HRA). (10- 15 minutes) To avoid mistakes and improve participation, Health Dimensions will have already uploaded the results of each individuals' biometric screenings into their HRA.
*NOTE: All screenings are performed by licensed RNs or LVNs in accordance with State laws.

Step 3:
After completeing their HRA, a comprehensive wellness report is instantly generated for each employee. (Individual reports remain private.) High risk areas are automatically identified and the employee is provided with various online educational and practical tools to address their specific health risks and interests. (Telephonic and online health coaching is an available option in this program.)
Aggregate reports on the entire population are generated for management and reviewed by Health Dimensions. High risk areas can be addressed as a group via Health Dimension’s unique Speaker Program and/or using various online educational tools.
Step 4:
The process is repeated annually, comparing year-over-year results.
